Workflow Timings / SLA Report
The Business Problem
The OpenPages Workflow system is deeply configurable but lacks an effective way to measure the amount of time records spend in the various stages of a workflow.
Stage Due Dates can be configured but there is no reporting to assist with measuring conformance to these Due Dates.
Additionally, it is sometimes a requirement to measure conformance to Workflow Stage Due Dates in terms of Working Days (e.g., Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) rather than whole days.
The solution is the Crystal Workflow Timings / SLA Report
The Crystal Computing Workflow Timings SLA Report solves these problems by providing a full report of how long every record has spent in the various stages of the workflow lifecycle.
The report output is a multi-tab Excel spreadsheet which includes:
- Record by record output of every workflow / workflow stage and time spent in that Stage
- Time spent in a Stage is output in total hours and Working Time hours
- The definition of Working Time is selectable each time the report is executed e.g., 9am-5am, 8am-6pm etc.
- Total Time and Working Time assessment of SLA Status e.g. Within SLA, Outside SLA, No Due Date
